Dr. Teo obtained his PhD in computer science from University of Oklahoma (USA). He joined the school in year 2001 and has been teaching Operating Systems, Object-Oriented Programming, Algorithm Theory, Artificial Intelligence, System Implementation, Database System, Software Design, Knowledge-Base Systems and Formal Languages subjects from universities such as University of Wales, Curtin and University of Portsmouth since he joined Informatics.
Prior joining the school, Dr. Teo was a teaching fellow with National University of Singapore and an Associate Professor with National Taipei University.
He has published more than ten papers in the international journals and
conference proceedings to date.

Dr Sein Min

Dr. Sein graduated from the Institute of Economics, Yangon, Myanmar, majoring in Commerce (B. Com.) in 1977.
In 1983, he obtained a Master of Commerce (M. Com.) degree from the same institute. He specialised in marketing for his doctorate at the University of Passau, Germany and attained Dr. rer. pol. in 1991.
He has been a tutor, assistant lecturer and subsequently, lecturer in the
Department of Commerce and the Department of Management Studies in the Institute of Economics, Yangon, from 1978 to 1997. From 1997 to 2001, he worked as the Associate Professor of the Economics Department in the University of Distance Education, Yangon, Myanmar. He was a Research Fellow of the Department of Marketing and Sales, University of Passau, Germany in 1995 and 2001. His areas of research interests include innovation diffusion, marketing-mix strategies and marketing in developing countries.
Dr Sein's interests also do not merely cater to pure academia. In his leisure time, he indulges in a host of ethnographic activities. His hobbies include reading, cultural & religious discourse and dissecting European culture. He also enjoys listening to western classical music, Mozart and Beethoven.
